Job Description
PBF Energy is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will oversee sourcing, contracting, and procurement activities to support refinery operations, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects. This role will be located onsite at one of PBF Energy's refinery locations.
Requirements
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of procurement professionals
- Execute category management strategies to optimize sourcing and contracting
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions
- Manage contract lifecycle and purchase order processes
- Partner with Legal and Insurance to review contractual exceptions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
