Requirements
- Master's degree in Cell Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, immune cell workflows, or stem cell differentiation
- Experience with bioreactors or advanced therapy manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong experimental design and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear, compelling insights
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, commercially driven environment
