Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• 5+ years in product development
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with manufacturing teams
• Proven expertise in CAD software and product design tools
• Experience with product testing, validation, and quality assurance protocols
