Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to provide excellent support to our new and existing customers in the Sales module of our software. The role involves handling incoming issues, collaborating with other groups, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Handling incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests through all our support channels
- Logging and documenting all customer interactions within our ticketing system
- Collaborating with other groups/departments to streamline service delivery
- Available to travel at least 1 week per month throughout the US and Canada
