Job Description
PCCW Global is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to provide corporate secretarial support across its entities in the UK, EMEA, and the Americas.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Law, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 5-8 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance, or legal administration work
- Familiarity with Companies House filings and EU corporate governance frameworks preferred
- Experience working with external corporate service providers is beneficial
