Senior Learning & Development Executive

The Senior Learning & Development Executive will support end-to-end learning and development activities, AI enablement programme, and eLearning platform management, with a focus on AI-powered tools, learner engagement, and personalized learning experiences.

Requirements

• University graduate
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in training delivery, programme coordination, or learning and development
• Experience in eLearning content development and AI-based learning tools
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
• Relevant skills and practical knowledge in AI tools and digital content development
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
