The Education Development Manager will design and deliver professional development programs for faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes. The role will promote innovative pedagogies and support faculty in integrating AI and emerging technologies into their teaching.
Design and deliver professional development programs, promote innovative pedagogies, support faculty in integrating AI and emerging technologies, facilitate SoTL, provide expert consultations, and organize workshops and learning communities.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or above in Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in higher education. They will have deep knowledge of pedagogical theory, adult learning, and current trends in higher education, as well as experience with SoTL and AI tools in education.
