Materials Management Coordinator

We are PCI, and we are dedicated to building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI. We are looking for a Materials Management Coordinator to join our team in Rockford, IL, USA.

Requirements

• Verifies and reports on inventory related information.
• Investigates and reports on materials variances to determine root cause.
• Performs and reports on physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Prepares required inventory reports and updates for Planners.
• Processes C of D's, verifying quantities on C of D paperwork match physical quantities, as well as verifying disposition method for destruction.
• Monitors weekly supply rack inventory and replenishment orders placed as needed.
• Fills out and maintains inventory adjustment forms for all transfers and adjustments.
• Operates Sit-down and Reach Forklifts
• Performs battery maintenance functions, charging, checking, and transferring of batteries from charging station into fork lift.
• Assists in the data collection, verification, and reporting of inventory related information.
