VP, Global Quality - Development and Manufacturing

PCI is seeking a VP, Global Quality - Development and Manufacturing to oversee quality assurance, regulatory, quality control, and compliance for its D&M segment. The role requires leadership and strategic planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards of Good Manufacturing Practices. The incumbent will drive quality initiatives and deliverables, oversee revenue and profitability, and ensure training excellence for subordinates and co-workers.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required
• Advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years leading global teams responsible for drug product development and manufacturing quality
• 10+ years sterile formulation, filling, and packaging experience
• Experience working with different sterile drug formats, including liquid and lyophilized vials, cartridges, and syringes
• Quality experience in North America and Europe required
• Medical device experience is a plus
• Cross-functional background is a plus
• Strong proven partnership with Operations and Business Development
