Job Description
Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, build teams, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves supporting the General Manager with daily operations and working as a team to achieve the company's brand promise. The ideal candidate will be motivated, sales-driven, and possess strong administrative skills.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service in a retail setting
- Experience in training staff
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative/back office skills
- Experience with spa management
