We are a leading IT service provider with a focus on innovative software solutions and logistics systems in the healthcare sector, looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the strategic further development of our information security.

Requirements

• Completed studies (FH/University) with a focus on information security, IT and/or IT security, cybersecurity or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT, information security, compliance/risk management, governance, risk & compliance (GRC) o.ä.
• Proven experience in setting up and operating an ISMS according to ISO 27001
• Practice in audit processes, risk analyzes, protection needs assessments and business impact analyzes
• Very good knowledge of DSGVO, NISG/NIS2, ISO 2700x, IT security measures
• In-depth understanding of modern IT architectures, network security, cloud security and ideally several years of experience as a software developer
• Conceptual strength as well as experience in project and change management
• Pronounced hands-on mentality and operational implementation strength
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
• Negotiable German and English knowledge
