Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technological and strategic development of our company. As a key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a future-oriented technology and innovation strategy to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of our software portfolio.
Requirements
- Developing and implementing a future-oriented technology and innovation strategy to ensure sustainable competitiveness
- Overall responsibility for product and technology roadmap, project planning, resource management, and budget responsibility
- Ensuring development goals in terms of time-to-market, quality, stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as strategic development of the technology and development organization
- Promoting and developing talents, leaders, and employees through coaching, mentoring, and targeted competence development
- Developing modern software architectures, digital platforms, and scalable system landscapes
- Implementing, developing, and sustainably integrating modern development processes and methods, such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Utilizing technological synergies across products, teams, and business areas
- Digitalizing and transforming existing processes into high-performance, future-oriented solutions
- Ensuring compliance, IT security, product quality, and regulatory requirements in a challenging market environment
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with product management, service, sales, operations, finance, HR, and the management
