Job Description
PDQ is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and continuously improve our Salesforce platform. You will work with the Senior Director of Business Systems and partner closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, and RevOps to define platform priorities, design scalable solutions, and ensure the system reliably supports the business.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
- Proven experience administering and improving complex Salesforce orgs
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration: flows, permissions, roles, profiles, OWD, sharing rules, and data management
- Ability to read and understand Apex and custom code
- Experience establishing governance, testing standards, and change management practices
- Strong track record translating ambiguous business requirements into scoped, scalable solutions
- Clear communicator with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders
