Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a versatile individual to work with various company projects, assist with administrative tasks, and provide support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a personable attitude, strong communication skills, and experience with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Proven work experience in a related field or similar role
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Knowledge of HubSpot Software
• Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and independently manage their time in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Experience managing complex calendars
• Proficient use of the Macintosh OS
• Competency with all basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well independently
