Business Analyst

Lucas Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join the finance department in the equipment services industry. The ideal candidate will have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to communicate with both non-technical and highly technical users.

Requirements

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Identify process, risk gaps, and use the resources at hand to work with operations to suggest and assist in the implementation of solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
