Job Description
PDT Partners, a quantitative investment manager, is seeking a Tax Accountant to join their Family Office team. This role focuses on financial operations of a hedge fund, requiring detailed work with Partners, the estate planning, and preparation of tax returns. The position requires working from the New York City office 3 days a week and exposure to complex, highly regulated tax laws.
Requirements
- Partner tax compliance
- Preparation of tax returns for federal, state and local jurisdictions
- Filing of estimated payments
- Preparation of trust, LLC, partnership, and tax-exempt entity tax returns
- Tax, estate, and cash flow planning
- Review of AEOI filings
- Stay current with tax changes
