Supervisor Belt

We are seeking a Belt Supervisor to join our Production team at our Shoal Creek Mine in Oakman, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of underground mining operations and conveyor system experience, with a high level of understanding of MSHA Regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of underground mining operations and conveyor system experience
• Alabama Mine Foreman Certification (preferred)
• Current electrical card (relevant state – desired)
• Ability to communicate with personnel on shift and adjacent shifts
• Ability to follow company, State and Federal plans and policies
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in Success Factors, SAP and Kronos is a plus
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods of time on uneven, rocky surfaces
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and the ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
