Supervisor Continuous Miner

We are seeking a Continuous Miner (CM) Supervisor to join our production team at our Shoal Creek Mine in Alabama. The CM Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and directing a team of hourly employees, maximizing production efficiency, and ensuring safe work practices.

Requirements

• 5 years of equivalent longwall experience
• 3-5 years of supervisor experience and/or crew lead experience
• Alabama Mine Foreman Certification
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs
