Outbye Mechanical Coordinator

Centurion is a mission-driven coal mine seeking an experienced Outbye Mechanical Coordinator to lead the efficient operation, maintenance, and establishment of underground infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in an underground coal mine.

Requirements

• Mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role in outbye within an underground coal mine
• Extensive knowledge of conveyor systems, conveyor maintenance, and conveyor management
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to foster and maintain a positive safety culture
• Supervisor qualifications (S1, S2, S3 & G2)
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a high performing team
• Proficient with a computerised maintenance management systems (SAP), MS Office suite
