Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and common areas, performing laundry duties, and providing excellent customer service. Teamwork and communication with guests and housekeeping staff are essential.

Requirements

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards
• Maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure high level of customer service
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Report damages or repairs needed to management
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping Manager
