Peachy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator, also known as a Studio Experience Specialist, to work in their Brooklyn, NY location. The role involves ensuring a positive and educational experience for clients, handling client scheduling, and maintaining studio appearance. The ideal candidate is passionate about wrinkle prevention and knowledgeable about Peachy products and services.
Requirements
- Greet clients and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
- Collaborate with team members and support Clinical Providers to deliver a best-in-class studio experience
- Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to clients
- Communicate with remote Customer Service team to maintain client schedule
- Maintain studio appearance and replenish products
- Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices
