Requirements

• Two or more Cold Storage/Freezer-Cooler renovations or ground up completed projects experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with others
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality
• Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize commitments/challenges against others
• Self-motivation and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite locations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
