Job Description
As the Manager of Facilities, you'll lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for delivering real estate and utility infrastructure supporting Peak Energy's portfolio of operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a durable goods manufacturing environment, preferably with a start-up organization competing within a high growth and rapidly changing business environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in battery, semiconductor, technology, or similar industry preferred
- Proficient in project management with proven ability to identify initiatives, establish project plans and resource requirements, obtain stakeholder and management buy-in, and successfully drive projects to completion
