Materials Lead

We are seeking a Materials Lead to own and scale internal logistics operations supporting Energy Storage System manufacturing. This role is responsible for materials flow, warehousing, and line replenishment, ensuring the right material is in the right place at the right time with high inventory accuracy and clear system visibility.

Requirements

• Lead and develop the materials organization
• Design and maintain warehouse layouts, material storage strategies, and replenishment methods
• Build and maintain standardized pick, pack, ship, and replenishment processes supported by systems
• Own inventory accuracy KPIs across warehouses and storage locations
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track open orders, material availability, shortages, and aging inventory
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support NPI, pilot builds, and production ramps
