Job Description
Join the PEAK team as a Lead Tent Installer and lead employees from across the Tent Department to help accomplish department goals. The position is located primarily at the Company’s headquarters in Woburn, MA, with travel to various jobsites all throughout New England required.
Requirements
- Must pass a drug test if operating any vehicle.
- Must have previous Tent installation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills a must.
- Ability to multitask is a must.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours. (Early mornings, nights, long days)
- Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday
- Must be professional in appearance and behavior, with minimal visible body alterations
- Must be able to motivate crew members and encourage teamwork.
