Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join our team at our 300+ unit properties in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate should have previous leasing experience, enjoy customer service, and be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge to close sales.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
