Job Description
Peak Management is seeking a 'ROCKSTAR' Maintenance Technician to join their team at Hunter's Pointe property in Overland, Kansas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and have maintenance experience, technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- On-call rotation
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
