Property Accountant

Peak Management is seeking a Property Accountant to join their corporate team, responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, tracking property-level financial performance, and ensuring compliance across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Track and analyze property-level financial performance.
• Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Support operational decision-making and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
• High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Previous experience in a Property Accountant role.
