Requirements
- 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more
- Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Prefer candidates with student housing experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with the public
