Job Description
We are seeking a Coiled Tubing (CT) Supervisor to manage the safe execution of CT operations, including nitrogen lifting, acidizing, cementing, and milling, for offshore well services operations in Malaysia and Thailand.
Requirements
- Manage the safe execution of CT operations, including nitrogen lifting, acidizing, cementing, and milling.
- Monitor string fatigue, pipe heavy/light transitions, and real-time downhole data to prevent pipe failure.
- Coordinate the interface between the CT unit, fluid pumps, and nitrogen converters.
- Perform calculations for buoyancy, friction loss, and flow rates during circulation.
- Perform routine maintenance and functional/pressure testing of all Wellhead and Christmas Tree equipment
- Carry out minor repairs on defective and/or damaged Wellhead and Christmas Tree components.
- Troubleshoot and rectify Wellhead and Christmas Tree operational problems.
