We’re looking for experienced Salesforce consultants with a strong consulting mindset and a deep understanding of how companies sell, serve, and grow.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in CRM or commercial process transformation
- Proven track record working as a functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects
- Hands-on experience running client-facing workshops and designing scalable CRM solutions
- Understanding of lead-to-order, service lifecycle, or digital commerce processes
- Experience in structured delivery environments or large consultancy setups
- Fluent English; other languages (e.g. Greek, German, French) are a plus
- Delivered Salesforce-based commercial solutions in a consulting environment
- Experience working in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar)
- Worked across multi-country project settings, navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes
