The Director of Facilities provides enterprise-level leadership for all maintenance, facilities operations, and capital improvement initiatives across a national portfolio of 110 communities and growing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of facilities, maintenance, or property operations leadership experience
- Experience working within a third-party property management environment
- One or more industry certifications
- Experience using property management or facilities management systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
