The Director of Facilities provides enterprise-level leadership for all maintenance, facilities operations, and capital improvement initiatives across a national portfolio of 110 communities and growing, comprised of student, multifamily and build-to-rent properties.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a national facilities strategy aligned with ownership and operational goals
- Oversee maintenance performance across multi-layered teams
- Lead planning and execution of capital programs
- Own facilities-related budgets (OPEX + CapEx)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Establish national vendor partnerships
- Drive procurement efficiencies
- Frequent interaction and collaboration with executive team and clients
- Lead regional maintenance directors and corporate teams
