The Full-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Requirements
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
