Maintenance Technician responsible for performing maintenance tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to budget guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year maintenance experience
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work a varied schedule
