Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform various maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community. The ideal candidate is a resident-focused team player with a strong technical aptitude who takes pride in their work.
Requirements
- Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures
- Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer's recommendations and operating manuals
