Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community, ensuring excellent customer service standards and adhering to budget guidelines and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule as required
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems at community
- Other licenses and certifications as required by local, state or federal law
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
