Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community, ensuring excellent customer service and adhering to company operating and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year maintenance experience
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a varied schedule
