Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform various maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry
- EPA certification Type I and II preferred
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule as required
