Part Time Leasing Consultant

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
