Porter Part-Time

Provide resident satisfaction by maintaining property units in a clean and safe fashion. Perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain inventory and supplies, and respond to resident and management requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers
• Ability to speak simple sentences
• Frequent lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds
• Bending and/or stooping to access equipment and machinery
• Knowledge and skills in safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
