Job Description
PeakMetrics is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to deliver actionable intelligence from large-scale social and digital media data using the PeakMetrics platform for commercial customers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfort working with quantitative metrics to identify patterns and trends
- Ability to distill complex platform outputs into clear, actionable insights
- Strong written communication skills for client or executive-facing audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online discourse dynamics
- Ability to communicate insights verbally, visually, and in writing, tailored to the audience
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and interacting with customers as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple analyses or workstreams simultaneously
