Engineering Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing diverse teams of engineers across junior and senior levels
• 5+ years of hands-on, full-stack engineering experience building customer-facing web applications
• Deep experience with highly data-driven systems, including proficiency in API development and modern frameworks
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with diverse teams and leveraging varied perspectives to build stronger solutions
• Experience working with emerging technologies like machine learning and natural language processing
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or financial technology (Fintech) ecosystems
• Familiarity with operating in highly regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST) and ensuring the safety of customer data
