Program Manager, Preferred Networks

The Program Manager for our Preferred Networks will play a pivotal role in scaling the infrastructure needed to power our national, high-quality Preferred Provider Network (PPN). They will lead the day-to-day program operations and analytics of our PPN, transforming complex claims data into actionable insights and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience within healthcare operations, Medicare ACOs, population health, or value-based care
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience using data analysis to drive measurable operational outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
