Senior Associate, ACO Operations

We are looking for an ACO Operations Senior Associate to join our ACO Strategy and Operations team. The candidate will work cross-functionally to drive the operational excellence of our ACOs on behalf of our provider partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a desire to implement initiatives across our growing value-based care lines of business.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations roles
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, with an emphasis on Medicare programs (e.g. ACO REACH, MSSP, Medicare Advantage)
• Highly analytical with a passion for data-driven problem-solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
