Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account executive, account management, or B2B sales roles
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Digitally native and comfortable working across multiple tools daily
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and maintain pipeline discipline
- Highly motivated, performance-driven, and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and improve
