The Finance Manager owns financial planning, reporting, and operational finance for growing businesses, serving as a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
- Experience preparing financial statements and management reports
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and business finance fundamentals
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
