Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting operations for growing businesses. You will also translate complex financial data into clear insights and provide strategic advice to founders and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
- Experience preparing financial statements and management reports
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and business finance fundamentals
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
