Growth Manager

The Growth Manager role will report directly to our Head of Growth Management, responsible for managing client relationships, leading strategy, and achieving outcomes for clients. The role involves autonomy and ownership, with a focus on delivering effective performance results and driving growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct account management experience in advertising
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills and experience with data/analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
• Experience in managing budgets in paid search and paid social advertising
