Job Description
TQ Education & Training is seeking a passionate Functional Skills Tutor to deliver Maths and English up to level 2. This role involves evening and daytime delivery across various Pearson TQ partnerships, including Gibraltar Barracks and Worthy Down. The tutor will motivate learners, provide engaging support, conduct assessments, and contribute to Learning and Development.
Requirements
- Relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS)
- Minimum level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics
- Experience of delivering Functional Skills English up to level 2
- Experience of providing face to face and remote support to learners using a range of delivery methods
- Ability to embrace and develop practical and innovative delivery models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Full, current driving licence
- Car owner, with a willingness to use on Pearson TQ business
